How to Manifest the Body you desire!

If you can manifest your dream job, dream house, dream life etc, why can’t you manifest your dream body?

 

Imagine living your life in the most energized, healthy, and beautiful body you can. I’m a firm believer in the philosophy that ‘thoughts become things’ and that ‘you are what you think’. If you can manifest a pay rise, a new job, a dream house etc, there is absolutely no reason why you can’t manifest the body you’ve always wanted. Now of course you can’t change your height or overall structure. But you absolutely can manifest your way to becoming strong, flexible, toned, and tight if you follow the steps to manifest your dream body and take action.

 

Not only can you manifest better health, but you can also manifest your dream body with the Law of Attraction - (a highly regarded philosophy that teaches us that we attract what we THINK so you’d better think positive thoughts). Sure, you are going to have to put in the work, but with proper mental techniques, you can get there quicker and with less resistance than you might think. It’s all about telling your subconscious mind what your perfect body will look like, and more importantly, how you will FEEL.

 

Here are my top tips for manifesting the body you desire:

 

1. Set Your Intention

The way you view yourself is the way you will become. So you need to become crystal clear on your goals because manifesting your dream body starts in your MIND. When it comes to manifestation of any kind, it’s always important to make setting a clear intention, the first thing you do. This is not to prevent the universe from becoming confused but rather to prevent your subconscious mind from flip-flopping on what it is that you really want. We humans have a tendency to change our minds, procrastinate or make excuses for ourselves. Setting a clear intention on exactly how you want your body to look helps to de-fog your mind and carve a clearer path. 

 

Note down everything you want to achieve with your body so that you have a clear pathway for your manifestation to form. Flatter tummy, less leaking, less back pain, more flexible hamstrings, better posture, firmer butt. Whatever it is that feels really important to improving the way that you FEEL about your body. Write it down.

 

Then write down your WHY. Why do you want your body to be this way? Is it so that you can keep up with the kids, for more confidence, to ache less? Let your why be your motivation. If you view yourself as a person who is excited to exercise every day, who loves to be active and strong, and who deserves to look and feel as sexy as you want, then you will face less resistance. Resistance comes in the form of believing you’re unworthy, incapable, or unwilling.

 

It’s crucial to set a clear goal so that  you will know precisely what needs to happen to get you there. Without a clear intention you’ll end up going wherever the wind takes you and results will feel out of reach.

 

2. Take Photos

I love before and after photos and truly wish I had taken more of my own. It can be hard to take a before photo when you aren’t feeling close to your best. But trust me, you will be so glad you did when you look back on your progress. 

 

Take a few before photos right after you set the intention to manifest your dream body so that you can follow your progress and continue to be excited and inspired. It’s easy to ignore the changes when you live in your body every day so photos are a really great reminder of where you started

 

Set a date where you will take your progress pics (maybe once a month) and try to wear the same thing every time so that the results are easier to see.

 

 3. Use Positivity Apps

 I absolutely love the I AM app. I wear an apple watch so it dings me every hour with a super positive message and I can confirm that positive energy shifts and super regular positive thoughts are absolutely life changing.

 

Subliminals are another great one. Subliminals are essentially affirmations recorded underneath an audio track and you can find all sorts of genre specific ones on youtube. The conscious mind is unable to register these affirmations so you won’t hear them but that is what makes subliminals so special! Subliminal affirmations bypass the conscious reasoning part of the brain and essentially go to work on the subconscious mind. The affirmations become imprinted on a much deeper level allowing desired thoughts to flow automatically. As a result, you’ll begin to manifest much more effortlessly.

 

4. Love Yourself Now!

Contrary to popular belief, the Law of Attraction is about manifesting what you are… not what you want. This means that in order to manifest a body that you love, you must love your body now!

 

Allow yourself to emit a vibration of gratitude for all the parts of you that you love!

 

See yourself in a positive light instead of feeding into all the things that are “wrong” with your body! Look beyond your physical appearance and be thankful for all the things that your body allows you to do. Get into a habit of pushing yourself to achieve physical feats in order to find more reasons to love the skin you’re in. Really allow yourself to step into the best possible version of you even before you have manifested the exact body that you want.

 

 5. Take Action

This may sound like the hard part, but this is actually the fun part.

 

Once you have your goals, photos and apps all lined up, you need to be taking action to make things happen and to begin your own body transformation. This is where you get to participate and elicit the changes in your body and mind. You are in control, and control feels great. Find a plan that will get you to the point you want to be and set aside the appropriate time slots in your calendar each week to get it done. Make them non-negotiables. Once you have your plan, it is simply about getting up every day and putting in the work and the time that’s allotted to you. One of the key elements in manifesting your best body, or manifesting good health in general, is making space for it. If it’s a priority to you, you will find the time.

 

Getting into the habit of exercising and strengthening regularly can be difficult at first, but once it is a habit, there will be almost zero resistance. Exercising will become a joy. It will become part of your day that you look forward to. In the end, it doesn’t matter what your plan looks like because when programming your subconscious mind to the right frequency, you will manifest it.

 

Like anything with manifestation, if you do not take action, you will never change. So start the process towards your ideal physique today. 

 

The truth is that you can achieve anything that you are capable of creating in your mind. If you can picture yourself living in the body of your dreams, then you can achieve it.
