I recommend scheduling your sessions on the same day/times each week to achieve consistency and accountability. Available times can be discussed on your call.

Pricing

Pre-paying for a package of 10 sessions is highly recommended so that you can see what private Pilates can do for your body. Those on prepay packages tend to be more committed to their workouts, and therefore feel the benefits immeasurably more. It’s a great accountability tool!

Please note: All prepay packages expire after 1 year. No shows and late cancels (less than 12 hours) will be charged a session from their package. All sessions are 55 minutes.

"Emma is an amazing instructor - my sessions are always well-organized, challenging, and I've never done the same class twice. She has pushed me to try things that would have been impossible when I started 6 months ago. The changes in my body - both aesthetically and functionally have been shocking. For example, when I started - I couldn't touch my toes. In fact, I could barely reach halfway between my knees and the ground.
