Emma certified under Rael Isacowitz (a 2nd generation Pilates instructor) and has also undergone extensive anatomy training

Emma teaches out of her own private guest house style studio in Woodland Hills which is equipped with all Balanced Body equipment including an Allegro 2 reformer, Exo Chair, Ladder Barrel, Springboard, and plenty of space for matwork and other small apparatus. The Studio is a tranquil and stylish space in the ‘Dumetz Village’ area of Woodland Hills, just before you head down into Topanga Canyon. 

Her extensive knowledge of anatomy, her eagle eye for form, her passion for changing the way the body functions, and her commitment to the cause all contribute to an incredible transformation process. The Studio is where the magic happens!

I highly recommend starting out by pre-paying for a package of 10 sessions so that you can get a good idea of what private Pilates can do for your body before deciding if it’s for you. 

Those on prepay packages tend to be more committed to their workouts, and therefore feel the benefits immeasurably more. It’s a great accountability tool!

Please note: All prepay packages expire after 1 year. No shows and late cancels (less than 12 hours) will be charged a session from their package. All sessions are 55 minutes.

If you are looking for a great full body workout without intensity, I highly recommend you talk with Emma and explore Pilates.

I had never done Pilates before and didn't know what to expect. Emma is such an amazing instructor! She creates custom plans for you based on your goals and also your health history. I have a spinal injury that caused me to recruit all kinds of other muscles, and Emma worked with me to position my head and neck in ways that would force me to work the muscles I was supposed to be working. 

The workouts were intense (in a good way!) and left me feeling muscles I had studied but had no real world knowledge of. Ha.
