I had a 4 finger diastasis, a helluva mommy-tummy, I would never have DARED get on the trampoline with my daughter, I was constantly throwing my back out etc etc.
But all that changed once I developed the Postpartum Protocol and committed to making it a part of my life. For life.
And it's my passion to help you do the same!
